Thank you for your purchase!
We hope you’re satisfied with your order. If for any reason you’re not completely happy, you may be eligible to return it for a refund or store credit. Please refer to our return policy below for full details.

RETURNS
 
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date.


RETURN PROCESS


To start a return, you can contact us at sales@mkvending.com. You will obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and Name, Order Number, Email Address, and Phone Number, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Report shipping damage within 7 days, including photos/videos for claims. If shipping damage is not reported within 7 days of receiving, a return is ineligible. Regular 1 year warranty will apply to shipping damages reported after 7 days. 

REFUNDS
 
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.  Refund will be calculated on the price paid for the item, less a 20% restocking fee.
