Standard Shipping (Products & Prizes)

• All products and prizes not bundled with an arcade machine will be shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days of purchase.
• You will receive tracking information and shipping updates once your order has been dispatched.

Freight Shipping (Arcade Machines)

• Arcade machines are shipped via freight delivery.
• Delivery may take up to 21 business days, depending on your location within the United States.
• You will receive tracking information and regular order shipment updates throughout the process.

⚠️ Important Freight Delivery Information:

• All freight shipments require a live signature upon delivery.
• The freight company will not deliver your arcade machine without a signed receipt.
• You will be contacted with a scheduled delivery date in advance to help you plan accordingly.
